Reviews and Ratings
I was given an upgrade to a room on the sixth floor for the price of a standard room. While the room looked clean, it caused my skin to itch and burn. The hotel was tidy and clean but lacked satisfaction with its cleaning. The location was central to many attractions but lacked compliance and welcoming gestures from some staff members. The dining options were scarce, not matching the pictures shown, yet the food was good with nice views. Overall, the hotel offered a mix of positive and negative experiences.
The hotel offers a nice view of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia from some rooms, but the rooms are cramped with a very low ceiling at points. The service was helpful and efficient, especially the reception staff. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of major attractions. The dining experience was not satisfying, lacking variety and quality in the dishes.
The hotel has tidy and clean rooms with a balcony and Bosporus view on the rooftop level close to the restaurant. The rooms, although a bit small for a six-night stay even though we booked a deluxe double room, were comfortable and clean overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was superb, central to all the tourist attractions, and the service, especially the help with travel plans, was incredible. However, the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired despite the lovely view of the Blue Mosque.
The hotel offers stunning views of the Bosporus and the Blue Mosque, with large and very comfortable rooms. However, the rooms turned out to be smaller and more narrow than expected. The service is great with children and all staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, but there were instances of unwelcoming and rude behavior. The location is excellent, near three major attractions and moderately close to the Grand Bazaar, but the service did not meet the advertised standards. The facilities are well-equipped, providing a pleasant stay overall.
Although the rooms were old and dated with uneven floors, the hotel provided an amazing view. Despite some cleanliness issues, it had many necessary facilities; however, an iron was lacking.
The hotel offers good-sized rooms with a great location and outstanding views from the top-floor restaurant. However, the rooms are a bit small for two people and could use an update in terms of facilities. The service, especially from Mr Menduh at the reception, is exceptional, but there were minor issues with mischarges. The dining options were basic, and the breakfast could be improved. The location is superb, close to major attractions in Istanbul. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was quite small and old, facing the Blue Mosque but lacking space to put my bags and being close to a noisy restaurant. However, the service was excellent with helpful and friendly staff. The location was ideal for visiting main sites, even though some felt it was overpriced. The dining options were limited and not up to par. If only the rooms were more spacious and modern, it would have been a perfect stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though nice and clean, were smaller than expected. However, they were beautifully decorated with a balcony view of the Blue Mosque. The service had its ups and downs, with some staff being extremely polite while others were rude for simple requests. The location was fantastic for exploring the historic sites of Istanbul, overlooking the Blue Mosque and Haghia Sophia. The dining options were satisfactory, though not impressive with limited varieties. Overall, a decent stay with some highlights and few drawbacks.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location is superb, just steps away from major tourist attractions like the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar. The service was top-notch with attentive and helpful staff. The dining options were satisfactory, offering diverse choices with a stunning view of the old city. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and boasting a picturesque Bosporus view from the rooftop level. However, the breakfast selection could use a bit more variety.
